Foot Massage

This treatment focuses on the feet and lower legs as a vital foundation for posture, balance, and overall movement. My approach combines myofascial techniques, soft tissue and muscle work, and elements of foot reflexology. The treatment addresses the fascial structures of the sole of the foot (plantar fascia), the arches of the feet, the metatarsal region, the ankles, and, when needed, the calves and the surrounding muscular chains. The aim is to support functional movement, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being.

Foot & Lower Leg Therapy

My approach combines myofascial treatment techniques, soft tissue and muscle work, and elements of foot reflexology, creating a treatment that can be both therapeutic and deeply relaxing.

During the session, the plantar fascia and the various arch structures of the foot—the medial arch, lateral arch, and transverse arch—are assessed and treated, observing how tension and mobility in these areas may influence comfort, posture, and movement throughout the lower limb.

When appropriate, treatment may also include work on the calves, Achilles tendon, tibialis muscles, and the fascial structures associated with the feet and lower legs.

Relaxation and Nervous System Support

By incorporating elements inspired by reflexology, the treatment may encourage deeper relaxation and support the body's natural restorative processes. While I am not a certified reflexologist, I may use certain reflexology-based techniques to promote relaxation, grounding, and overall well-being.

To further support this process, I may occasionally integrate:

  • Metal tuning forks tuned to calming frequencies

  • Craniosacral therapy techniques

  • Elements of reflexology

These methods are used to help calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension within the body, and support deeper relaxation and a stronger sense of connection with the body.
