Body treatments that help relieve chronic pain, muscle tension, back and knee problems, headaches, and stress caused by sports, work, and everyday stress.
Craniosacral therapy helps with exhaustion, chronic stress, sleep problems, and emotional stress, and supports the natural balance of the nervous system.

My treatments are always individually designed according to the client's needs and goals, whether it is pain relief, recovery support, improved mobility or overall well-being. I strive to find the underlying causes of tension and imbalances and support the body's natural function and well-being. In my treatments, I utilize sports massage, deep tissue massage and relaxation massage techniques, as well as craniosacral therapy methods if necessary, which can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and support the body's own ability to recover and balance.

Classic / Relaxing Massage
Classic / Relaxing massage is designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce physical and mental stress and promote general well-being. The treatment can be performed as a full body massage or targeted to specific areas such as the back, neck, shoulders or feet. It is suitable for both those seeking relaxation and those experiencing tension caused by work, everyday life or prolonged physical and mental stress. This treatment can also be a good starting point if you are not sure what type of massage would suit you best. During the treatment, the pressure, techniques and areas treated can be adjusted to your needs, allowing the treatment to progress naturally based on how your body responds. Particularly suitable for: • Stress and mental fatigue • General muscle tension • Neck, shoulder and back tightness or pain • Busy lifestyle and work-related stress • Physical and emotional relaxation • Support for blood circulation and recovery • Support for overall well-being and self-careease

Sports massage
Sports massage is a form of treatment that aims to support recovery, mobility and overall balance of the body. It is not only intended for athletes, but also for people who experience muscle tension, posture-related problems, physically demanding work or long periods of sitting. Each treatment is individually designed and may include deep tissue techniques, fascial treatment, assisted stretching and mobility support methods, which aim to improve the quality of movement, reduce tension and support the body's natural recovery process. Particularly suitable for: • Muscle tension and stiffness • Neck, shoulder and lower back problems • Hip, knee and foot pain related to exercise or everyday stress • Recovery after training, sports or physical work • Posture problems and mobility restrictions • Repetitive strain problems in office work or physical work • Reduced mobility and movement restrictions • Headaches caused by muscle tension • General body maintenance and injury prevention • Improving the quality of movement and overall well-being

Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage is a form of treatment that focuses on chronic muscle tension, long-term postural loading patterns, and the deeper layers of connective tissue that can contribute to pain, stiffness, and movement limitations. The treatment uses slow, precise techniques and may be combined with fascial manipulation in areas that have developed prolonged tension, scar tissue, or tissue restrictions over time as a result of injury, repetitive strain, physical stress, or the body's compensatory patterns. Each treatment is tailored to the body's current situation, working gradually and effectively without forcing the tissues. The treatment may focus on a specific area of pain or tension, or examine broader body patterns that affect posture, movement, and overall well-being. If necessary, craniosacral therapy techniques can also be combined with the treatment, especially after deeper muscle work, to support the calming of the nervous system and the body's ability to adapt to the changes that occur during the treatment. Particularly suitable for: • Chronic muscle tension and stiffness • Long-term neck, shoulder and lower back pain • Scar tissue areas and movement restrictions after injuries • Reduced mobility and movement restrictions • Posture problems and body compensation patterns • Repetitive strain caused by work, sports or everyday life • Prolonged areas of tension that do not respond to lighter massage • Recovery from physical overload and accumulated tension • Improving tissue mobility and movement quality • Long-term maintenance of the body and supporting overall well-being

TMJ Massage
TMJ (temporomandibular joint) therapy is for individuals who experience tension in the jaw area, grinding or clenching of the teeth (bruxism), headaches, facial tightness, jaw clicking or discomfort, and tension patterns that may also affect the neck and shoulders. The treatment does not focus solely on the jaw, but rather looks at the structures that affect jaw function, such as the muscles of the face, temples, neck, shoulders, and upper back. Treatment may include working with the masseter muscles, temporalis muscles, masseter muscles, skull base, neck muscles, and surrounding fascial structures that may be maintaining tension and movement restrictions. If necessary, craniosacral therapy techniques may also be combined with the treatment to promote relaxation, improve tissue mobility, and reduce tension patterns associated with the jaw area. Especially suitable for: • Tension and stiffness in the jaw area • Teeth grinding or clenching (bruxism) • Jaw clicking or discomfort • Tension headaches and temple pain • Facial tension and fatigue • Neck and shoulder tension related to jaw function • Limited mouth opening or jaw movement restrictions • Stress-related tension patterns • Posture problems affecting the head, neck and jaw area • General tension in the face, head and upper body

Foot massage
Foot massage focuses on the feet and lower legs as an important basis for body posture, balance and movement. The treatment combines myofascial techniques, muscle manipulation and methods utilizing foot reflexology. Work is focused on, among other things, the plantar fascia, the arches of the foot, the ankles and surrounding tissues, which can affect movement, load and general body function. Depending on the need, the treatment can also include treatment of the calves, Achilles tendon, shin muscles and related fascial structures. The treatment can also be combined with sound irons and reflexology-based methods to support relaxation, body awareness and overall well-being. Especially suitable for: • Foot pain and plantar fascia tension • Tired, sore or overworked feet • Restricted movement in the feet and ankles • Tight calves and Achilles tendon tension • Posture problems related to the feet and lower extremities • Recovery from prolonged standing, walking or physical work • General foot care and mobility • Deep relaxation and stress relief • Strengthening body awareness and grounding • Supporting movement and overall well-being

Craniosacral Therapy /
Nervous system regulation
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the nervous system, connective tissues, and the body's natural ability to balance and restore itself. Through light touch, subtle mobilizations, and listening to the body, the goal is to create space for the release of tension, stress, and long-term patterns of stress. Treatment may include working with the bones of the skull, the occipital region, structures related to the vagus nerve, the spine, the sacrum, and the body's major diaphragmatic structures, such as the pelvic floor, respiratory diaphragm, and throat. These structures significantly affect breathing, movement, tension regulation, and nervous system function, which is why they often play a central role in treatment. Many people seek craniosacral therapy due to stress, exhaustion, overload, chronic tension, headaches, migraines, sleep problems, or a feeling of being disconnected from their body. The treatment can also be a valuable support during physiotherapy, rehabilitation or recovery from injuries, accidents and physically or emotionally stressful life situations. After difficult experiences, the nervous system can remain in an over-stimulated state for a long time. The aim of craniosacral therapy is to support the body's ability to move away from these protective tension patterns and find a return to balance, flexibility and calmness. The treatment can be received as a standalone treatment or combined with massage and other bodywork, especially when deeper muscle treatment requires the support of calming and integrating the nervous system. For some, craniosacral therapy becomes a longer-term process. As the nervous system gradually learns to disengage from chronic activation patterns, many describe feeling more present, grounded, emotionally balanced and better connected to themselves and their everyday lives. Particularly suitable for: • Chronic stress and overload • Exhaustion and mental fatigue • Difficulty relaxing or calming down • Sleep disorders and restless sleep • Headaches and migraines • Chronic neck, jaw and shoulder tension • Recovery from injuries, accidents or rehabilitation • Nervous system overexcitation and chronic tension patterns • Emotionally stressful life situations and transitions • Recovery and integration supported by massage or other bodywork After treatment, many describe: • A deeper sense of peace and relaxation • Increased body awareness and presence • A stronger experience of grounding and balance • Reduction of mental overdrive • Easier breathing and movement • Better ability to rest and recover • A deeper connection with themselves and their own everyday life

Innerwork facilitation - Study practice - Free of Charge ( Koulutus Harjoittelu - Ilmaiseksi )
Inner Child Work is a guided process of self-exploration that helps bring awareness to emotional patterns, beliefs, and coping strategies that may have developed early in life and continue to influence relationships, self-esteem, emotional responses, and everyday behaviour. Rather than focusing solely on intellectual understanding, this work combines awareness, body-based exploration, and conscious presence to help create a deeper connection with emotions, needs, and parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked or suppressed over time. At the core of this approach is the understanding that different inner dynamics coexist within us: the emotional and vulnerable aspects of ourselves, the internalised voices and expectations we have absorbed throughout life, and the more mature, aware part that can observe these patterns with greater clarity and compassion. Sessions may include guided meditations, breathwork, body awareness, somatic exploration, Gestalt-inspired dialogue work, emotional processing, journaling practices, and reflective exercises. The intention is not to relive the past, but to better understand how past experiences may still shape the present, creating more awareness, choice, and authenticity in daily life. Simple practices between sessions may also be suggested to support the integration of insights and encourage ongoing self-observation in everyday life. Ideal for: • Recurring emotional patterns and reactions • Low self-esteem or excessive self-criticism • Difficulty setting boundaries or expressing needs • Relationship challenges and attachment patterns • Feelings of shame, guilt, or emotional overwhelm • Anxiety, stress, or a persistent sense of inner pressure • People interested in self-development and self-awareness • Exploring the connection between emotions, body, and behaviour • Creating a more compassionate relationship with oneself • Deepening emotional resilience and personal growth
